What can I use my digital voucher for?
Vouchers can be redeemed for game bookings. They cannot be used for in-store beverages or merchandise.
Do vouchers expire?
Nope! Our vouchers have no expiration date. Unused credit stays stored on your code until fully spent.
Can I buy a voucher as gift for someone else?
Yes! During checkout, you can choose a custom card cover and enter the recipient’s details so the voucher code is delivered straight to them.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Select your game session on our website, proceed to checkout, and enter your voucher code at the Review step. You can also message or call our ops team to book for you.
Can I use multiple vouchers in one booking?
Yes! Just separate the codes with commas at checkout (e.g., GV-1234-1111, GV-1234-0000). We automatically deduct from the code with the lowest balance first.
What if my booking cost higher / lower than my voucher value?
If your booking costs more, pay the difference via any supported online payment option. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on your voucher code for future use.
Can I use vouchers with ongoing promos?
Yes! Vouchers are fully stackable with active INMERS promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promo’s terms.
Are vouchers refundable?
All voucher purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-convertible to cash.
