- Bookings:
- Applicable to both walk-ins, online bookings, and our AI Chatbot.
- AI Chatbot Bookings: Simply select the "Student Special" option and disclose how many students are in your group. The chatbot will automatically apply the 10% discount to the qualified number of student players.
- Manual Online Bookings: Enter promo code STUDENT10 during checkout.
- Discounted online bookings remain subject to in-store student ID validation upon check-in.
- Verification:
- Original student ID (physical card) must be presented for verification.
- Failure to provide a valid ID will result in the booking being adjusted to the regular rate; and any discount differences from your online booking will be charged at check-in.
- INMERS PH reserves the right to refuse the discount if the student ID is unclear, invalid, expired, or does not indicate current validity/school year.
- Suspected fraudulent use (borrowed/edited IDs) may result in denial of the discount and/or refusal of entry.
- Terms & Limitations:
- One Student, One Discount: Discount is intended for the holder of the student ID and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Exclusivity: Cannot be combined with other promos, vouchers, birthday promos, special packages, or government-mandated discounts (PWD/Senior Citizen) unless otherwise stated.
- No Cash Conversion: Discounts are not convertible to cash, credit, or future play credits.
- No Refund Policy: Once confirmed and paid, bookings are non-refundable.
