- Period:
- Campaign Period: Valid from July 1 to July 31, 2026.
- Prize Redemption Period: The raffle prize is valid for execution from the date of the announcement until December 31, 2026.
- Mechanics & How to Enter:
- To enter the raffle draw, customers must complete their gameplay session at the store during the campaign period.
- Social Media Action: Participants must post a photo or video of their score or experience at the venue on their public social media profile (Instagram or TikTok) and tag our official social media handle.
- Each unique post meeting these criteria counts as one (1) raffle entry. Multiple entries from the same group are permitted provided they are posted by different accounts.
- Raffle Prize Parameters:
- The winner will receive one (1) hour FREE private event at INMERS.
- Scheduling Limitations: The free private event can only be scheduled and hosted on weekdays (Monday to Friday), subject to venue slot availability. Weekends and Public holidays are strictly excluded.
- Bookings & Verification:
- The raffle winner will be selected and announced on our official social media channels after the campaign concludes.
- The winner must contact management via email at [email protected] to claim their prize voucher and reserve their private event slot.
- The private event must be booked and hosted no later than the execution date of December 31, 2026. Prior reservation is mandatory.
- Terms & Limitations:
- One-Time Use Only: The prize must be redeemed in one (1) single visit. Breaking down the one-hour duration into multiple sessions (e.g., two 30-minute sessions) is strictly prohibited.
- Non-Transferable: The raffle prize is exclusive to the owner of the winning social media account and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual or group.
- No Cash Conversion: The prize voucher is strictly non-convertible to cash, store credit, retail merchandise, or beverages, and cannot be used to offset past bookings.
- Exclusivity: The free private event hour cannot be stacked or combined with other ongoing promos, existing corporate packages, or government-mandated discounts (PWD/Senior Citizen).
- Right to Modify:
- INMERS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Management decisions are final in all matters relating to the raffle draw selection, entry validation, and slot scheduling disputes.
