1. Period:
    • Effective June 1 to June 30, 2026.
  2. Mechanics & Prizes:
    • To qualify for the challenge, customers must meet a minimum spend of โ‚ฑ1,800 in a single receipt on any in-store purchases (including gameplay, merchandise, and beverages).
    • Qualified entries are entitled to play the Timer Challenge to win prizes based on the exact time they stop the timer:
      • Tier 1 (Perfect Hit): Exactly 1.99 seconds wins an Umbrella.
      • Tier 2 (Close Hit): Anywhere between 1.90s to 2.09s (except 1.99s) wins an INMERS Planner.
      • Consolation Prize: Any other recorded time wins a pair of socks.
  3. Challenge Rules & Chances:
    • Each qualifying group/receipt is entitled to a maximum of two (2) attempts.
    • After the first attempt, the group may choose to claim the corresponding prize OR forfeit it to use their second attempt for a chance at a higher tier prize.
    • Forfeiture Rule: Once the group decides to take the second attempt, they automatically and permanently give up the prize from the first attempt. The final prize will be determined solely by the result of the second attempt, regardless of whether it is lower than the first score.
  4. Redemption & Bookings:
    • Applicable to both walk-ins and online bookings.
    • Online bookings must present their valid proof of payment/booking confirmation to the Game Hosts at the front desk upon check-in to activate their challenge
    • The challenge and prize redemption must take place no later than gameplay date at the store, before the group leaves the premises.
    • Prizes are subject to stock availability on a first-come, first-served basis. INMERS reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal value in the event of stock depletion.
  5. Terms & Limitations:
    • Non-Transferable: Prizes are exclusive to the participating group and cannot be sold or transferred to other guests.
    • No Cash Conversion: Prizes are strictly non-convertible to cash, store credit, tokens, or discounts on the current bill.
    • Exclusivity: The qualifying minimum spend cannot be combined with other ongoing promos, vouchers, special packages, or government-mandated discounts (PWD/Senior Citizen) unless otherwise specified.
    • No Refund Policy: Once a receipt has been validated and used to enter the challenge, the corresponding transactions are strictly non-refundable.
  6. Right to Modify:
    • INMERS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen operational circumstances.
    • Management decisions are final in cases of any dispute regarding timer readouts, eligibility, and prize distribution.
