  1. Period:
    • Booking Period: Valid from July 1 to July 31, 2026.
    • Event Execution Period: Applicable for private events held from July 1 until December 31, 2026.
  2. Mechanics & Promo Offer:
    • Enjoy a 10% discount on regular venue hire/game rates for private event bookings.
    • To qualify for the discount, the private event reservation must have a minimum duration of two (2) hours or more.
    • The booking confirmation and initial deposit/payment must be officially secured no later than July 31, 2026.
  3. Bookings:
    • Applicable for advanced corporate and/or personal private event bookings made directly through our email [email protected] or via our private event inquiry https://inmersplay.com.ph/privateeventinquiry/.
    • Final event dates are subject to venue availability. Early reservation is highly recommended to secure preferred slots.
  4. Terms & Limitations:
    • Non-Transferable: This promotion is exclusive to the booking organization or individual client and cannot be transferred to another party.
    • Exclusivity: This offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promos, vouchers, special group packages, or government-mandated discounts (PWD/Senior Citizen) unless otherwise specified.
    • No Cash Conversion: The discount value is strictly non-convertible to cash, store credit, or retail merchandise.
    • No Refund Policy: Once the private event booking is confirmed and the discounted rate is locked, all payments made are non-refundable.
  5. Right to Modify:
    • INMERS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
    • Management decisions are final in cases of dispute regarding booking timelines, slot allocation, and promo eligibility.
